I currently work part time as a CIT consultant helping patrons with their print procedures. The job also requires me to assist in case of any unforeseen technical issues, debug and rectify them. 
 
More often I help patrons who are less exposed to the world of computer specifically the system that works at University at Buffalo. I find this job interesting, though not much work, it provides me opportunity to meet a lot of people and understand what it takes to provide a great customer experience.
